After it was cleaned up, very pleasant and comfortable stay

When I arrived the place wasn't clean due the cleaner being ill and being a clean freak i cleaned it up, the air conditioner was leaking and I called the owner ,he was immediately there to fix it with repair guys . Alex was vvery kind and respectful.

The elevator and walk to the unit and it being hard to find by taxi's

Exceptional

The place was very clean, relaxing and super close to the airport. The bed is really comfy. And Peter is very helpful and respectful. I highly recommend this place and for sure I'll come again here.

One of the worst experiences! The reception denied that they are listed on booking.com they also refused to give access to wifi in the reception to contact booking.com It was complete waiste of money

Not so clean.

Mmmm. Not much.

The room was dirty. The towel was clearly used and the whole apartment smelled like cigarette smoke. Good area though. Not sure how this place got such good reviews. The bed was worn through.

Left in the middle of the night.

They canceled on us 2 hours before arrival. They let us standing at the airport at 3am. It is our first stay outside the EU and it was really not nice and not safe. After a lot of talking we got eventually our money back. They didn’t wanted to give us our money back but in the end they did it. We didn’t get an alternative so we had to book a hotel for $120. You shouldn’t go here because you never know if you’re gonna strand somewhere.

No idea we never got there.

Cheap, barebones room close to the airport

it was quiet, cheap and conveniently located close to the Cairo airport. good place to get some sleep if you have a long overnight layover in Cairo for some reason. It was a large suite with kitchenette, bathroom, living area and bedroom, so would probably be ok for extended stays.

The room didn’t have toilet paper at all. There was no shower curtain on the shower, and I don’t know if the single towel in the bathroom was used or not when I used it. it was hanging up like it had been used before. Now I’m a little worried. It was hard to find; the address I found brought my Uber to an adjacent street and there weren’t really signs to help me find it. Luckily some locals happened to be awake at 3 in the morning and guided me.

Only the location was deserved because it was close to the airport.

Very very dirty room, especially the bathroom. It was the first time that I saw so dirty bathroom.It was so uncomfortable. The rules of hygiene must be prioritised. Also, Wi-Fi connection was poor.

We liked the fact that accommodation was an apartment which meant the family could stay together and have separate bedrooms.

No services was available. It is only place to sleep and go. The building in a nice place but the access to reach the hotel is very narrow and no suitable place to park.

We were thankful our stay was only about 16 hours

Price was good

First- required to pay CASH ONLY. No English speaking staff. No toilet paper. The 'restaurant' was more a mini junk food snack bar. But did deliver to room but took about an hour.

Good value.

One bedroom apartment with a small living room and kitchenette, clean and comfortable. It is near restaurants (right next door) and close to the airport. Accept the airport pick up that they offer (with a fee) because any other taxi will have difficulty finding the place. The front desk attendant is very nice.

It was challenging to figure out where the main entrance is. Keep in mind that the entrance is on the side of the building at the very end of the driveway. The hotel is in a neighborhood which might be nice for somebody who is planning a long stay. Although it is great to mingle with the locals it might be challenging for sightseeing as a tourist.

Bad and expensive apartment

The receptionist who was in the afternoon (a boy who wore glasses and had clear eyes), was very kind to me.

Bad soundproofing (you can hear the noise of the street, I could not sleep until 12 at night, and had to go to the airport at 6 in the morning). The fact that you can not pay with a card is a very big inconvenience for foreigners: I had to walk 50 minutes to get money and be able to pay for the stay (there were two ATMs 15 minutes from the apartment, but they did not work - although I understand that here the apartment is not to blame-). At the end, between the price of the apartment (which is not cheap) and the commission you pay the bank for taking money, the stay comes at a rather high price. The apartment is dirty and under construction. There is another detail that I did not like: when I paid my stay in cash before going to sleep, they did not give me a receipt (they said it was only delivered at the time of check-out). This, in my opinion, is not serious. This apartment I do not recommend it to foreign tourists. In El Cairo there are better hotels and at a better price.

Not recommendable. Rather low comfort and dangerous elevator

Close to the airport and to a big mall. Apartment fully furnished

In winter was really cold, with no working air warming systems. The bathroom had a little hole/window and it felt like being outside. Really cold and low comfort in that sense. There were not enough blankets for that time of the year. We got stocked in the elevator just in our way to the airport and we were shocked. The elevator went to the basement instead of the ground level and in the bottom it falled down and it crashed with the floor. Fortunately it was only 20 cm maybe but it was just terrible.

Sorry to say unpleasant.

No none indicate that there is breakfast i n the hotel.

No one offer to help in getting the luggage to the room. When we try to open the door the key did not work we have to go down asking for help ,someone open the door for us, when we intered the room was no working light, again we have to call for help to know that they shut of the service from the main, because the unit was vacant

I was looking for an economical place near the airport to do...

I was looking for an economical place near the airport to do a one-night layover. This place was close and economical. The room was a large suite right of a Humphrey Bogart movie. It was clean and looked like they'd updated the furniture recently.

Upon check-in the clerk told me they only accepted cash - only euros, dollars of Egyptian pounds. Didn't remember seeing that in the reservation info. The lobby was dark and dingy with a floor that hadn't been mopped in a week. The electricity was turned off in my room when I entered. There were no towels, I had to ask for them. The shower was a shower base in the corner of the bathroom without even a curtain. The "restaurant" was a coffee bar selling snacks and soft drinks. The hotel entrance was down a dark alley.
